Shanwell's place was perfect for my family of 4. We felt right at home, and her attentiveness helped us settle in easily. The location is perfect as it is away from the touristy crowds of Grace Bay but still not too far to get to the restaurants in the evening. Our kids loved riding in the golf cart to go to the beach. Kitchen amenities exceeded my expectations (clean and well stocked for a rental), and there were more than enough towels and linens for our use unlike other rentals where you can barely get two towels! We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great stay at the Sun villa. The place is clean, well maintained, and has everything you need. The kids enjoyed the pool area a lot. It’s close to the Long Bay beach, and the kids really liked the golf cart rides there. I suggest getting a car. There is so much to see on the island, and it’s really hard to do it without a car. There were 5 beach chairs at the house. We didn’t have to rent the chairs at the beaches we went to. The only caveat is that there are a lot of houses under construction around the property. The whole island is actually like that. But it was really quiet, and beautiful landscaping hides nearby construction really well. You don’t really see it at all.

Highly recommend!! This condo was exactly as described and perfect for our little getaway. Clean, nice balcony and kitchen. Location is walkable to the beach and nearby restaurants. Shanwell was very helpful and always responsive. I can’t wait to come back again!!
